This year has gotten off to a great start! I have a fabulous class full of very bright and eager learners. Last week we read
David Goes to School by David Shannon. The students reviewed appropriate behavior for school and enjoyed creating their own "David" masks. In addition, they learned how to work independently in centers, write in their journals, took a Brown Bear Tour of the school and started Reader's Workshop. Whew! It's going to be a busy year!
